About
Small on purpose.
Hitman Marketing is a small Clearwater, Florida agency building websites and AI search visibility for local service businesses. You work directly with the person doing the work. Prices are published, contracts are short, and you own everything we build.
Why the name?
Because it is about precision, and because you remember it. Most agency names are interchangeable — every market has a Summit, an Apex, a Coastal Something. We would rather be the one you can recall a week later.
The metaphor we actually mean is the marksman, not the murderer: one target, taken seriously, hit. Fewer shots, each one aimed. We don’t spray, and we don’t take on work we do not think we can move.
We don’t miss.
What we believe about this work
- Publish the price. Hiding it is a negotiating position, not caution, and it wastes the time of everyone it does not suit.
- The client owns everything. Domains and profiles held as retention leverage is the oldest bad practice in this industry and it only becomes visible when someone tries to leave.
- Say what you don't know. AI visibility measurement is genuinely unreliable at the individual query level. Reports that hide that are selling confidence they have not earned.
- No guaranteed rankings. Nobody can guarantee them. Deliverables and measured trends are what can honestly be committed to.
- Fewer clients, done properly. Capacity is finite and pretending otherwise is how agencies quietly stop returning calls.
The first two are easy to write down and awkward to live with, so they are both testable here. The prices are on the pricing page in full, and the results page publishes real client figures or nothing at all, and says which it is doing, rather than filling the space with borrowed logos.
Where we work
Clearwater first, then the rest of Pinellas County. Local matters more than it sounds: a real address is what makes map pack rankings possible here, and being able to walk a job site produces better work than a video call does.
The AI search work is location-independent, so we take clients further afield too. But we would rather be the agency that knows which streets flooded than the one that swaps a town name into a template and calls it local. Every town page here is built from its own brief, and there are six of them rather than sixty for exactly that reason.
Common questions
- How big is the team?
- Small, deliberately. You work directly with the person doing the work, with specialist contractors brought in for design and content overflow. There is no account manager relaying messages, which is the main reason small agencies out-deliver large ones at this size.
- How many clients do you take?
- Fewer than we could sell. Capacity is real and stated: the Contract is sold one client per trade — while yours is live, nobody else in your category can buy one — and retainer intake is limited each month. An agency that never says it is full is either lying or about to disappoint someone.
- What kind of business is this a bad fit for?
- Anyone wanting guaranteed rankings, anyone who needs a large team on site, anyone selling something we would not be comfortable promoting, and anyone whose budget makes the entry tier a stretch — that ends badly for both sides and we would rather say so early.
