Hitman Marketing

Pricing

Real numbers, on the page.

Hitman Marketing publishes its prices, in full, on this page. The Contract runs $7,900 to $13,000 for ninety days against one named competitor, and the board states the figure for each territory beside it. Holding the ground afterwards runs $895 to $3,950 a month, websites $3,500 to $14,500.

Almost no agency in Pinellas County will show you a number without a discovery call first. That is not caution, it is a negotiating position — and it wastes your time if we are wrong for each other. Here is everything.

The offer

The Contract

$7,900 to $13,000

We name the target and publish what we read to get there. You take the territory at the published price, and in 90 days you outrank them — in the Google local pack and in the AI assistants. Half the fee is due on execution; the other half only if it lands.

If your territory is not listed

The AI Visibility Teardown

$497

A paid survey of your trade in Clearwater. It identifies the competitor to beat, shows what AI assistants say about you today and why — and it is what decides whether a trade we have not yet read reaches the board. Credited in full against the contract, or against any retainer or build started within 45 days.

  • 15 buying-intent prompts about your category run across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Copilot — the same fixed query set and the same surfaces a contract is graded on, with the competitor the survey identifies tracked alongside you
  • 3 runs per prompt, logged out, with no retrieval and no memory, on a system prompt published word for word — a reading you can repeat, not one screenshot of one chat
  • Your Google local-pack position for every one of those 15 prompts, read from a fixed lattice of 49 map points laid over the market — the 25 of them that fall inside Clearwater are what count, and the rest are discarded rather than quietly averaged in. Same coordinates, same instrument a contract is adjudicated on
  • Bing Places category audit — the exact category Copilot's data source files you under, read against the one the identified target carries; claiming a listing does not make its category correct
  • Google Business Profile audit, with the straightforward fixes applied on the spot rather than listed for later
  • Twenty-point website technical audit including server-side rendering check and AI crawler access — a firewall silently blocking OAI-SearchBot is a common and invisible cause of zero citations
  • A 45-minute recorded walkthrough and a prioritised 90-day roadmap

Holding the ground

Taking ground is a contract. Holding it is a retainer.

A confirmed contract converts to one of the retainers below, and the territory stays closed to your competitors for as long as you hold it. Let it lapse and it returns to the board, where the company you just beat can buy it. These are also what you buy if you came in without a contract — the work is the same, the guarantee is not.

Terms, in plain language

  1. You own everything

Domain, hosting, website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, analytics — in your name, from day one. We hold delegated access. If you leave, there is nothing to hand back.

  2. Billing

Monthly in advance on autopay for retainers. Projects are 50% to book and 50% at launch. The Contract splits differently and says so: half on execution, half on confirmation.

  3. Change orders in writing

Anything outside the written deliverables is scoped, quoted in writing and signed before work starts. Verbal approval is not approval — that protects your budget more than ours.

  4. Client-delay clause

If content, assets or approvals are outstanding for more than ten business days, the timeline extends day for day. It exists so the timelines above can be honest.

  5. Revision rounds, not revisions

A round is consolidated feedback in one document. Two rounds on entry tiers, three above. Additional rounds are quoted.

  6. Annual increase

Five percent on renewal, written into the original agreement. No surprise conversations.

Pricing questions

How much does a marketing agency in Clearwater cost?
Marketing agencies serving Clearwater range from a few hundred dollars a month at automated shops to $5,000+ minimums at larger Tampa agencies. Hitman Marketing sits in between and publishes its ladder: search retainers run $895 to $3,950 a month and website builds $3,500 to $14,500.
Why are you more expensive than the $497-a-month options?
Because at that price the work is automated reporting and a content spinner, not a strategist. There is a real floor below which local search work cannot be done by a person who understands your market. We are also well under the $5,000-a-month Tampa agency minimum.
Can I stop whenever I want?
It depends on the tier, and every card above states its own term. Search retainers run six months, then monthly. Website care plans are required for the first twelve months, because an unmaintained site degrades. After the initial term: thirty days' notice, no penalty, and you keep everything.
What is not included?
Ad spend itself, paid social management, video production, photography, print, third-party licence and platform costs, and custom development beyond the agreed scope. Anything outside the written deliverables is scoped and quoted in writing, and signed, before work starts.
Do unused hours roll over?
No, and this is stated plainly because the alternative is worse for both sides. Unused monthly allowances expire. Rollover turns a retainer into a bank of obligations that eventually has to be repaid all at once, usually badly.
Do prices go up?
Five percent on renewal each year, written into the original agreement so nobody has to have an awkward conversation about it later. Your rate is fixed for the initial term regardless of what we publish for new clients.
Can I pay for the Teardown and stop there?
Yes, and some people should. The $497 buys a complete diagnostic and a 90-day roadmap you can hand to anyone, including your current agency or an in-house person. It is credited if you continue with us, but there is no obligation and no pressure to.
