Why we are willing to name them

Naming a real company in public is a decision, not a flourish. Three things have to be true before a business appears on this board, and each one is a reading rather than an opinion. A business that fails any of them is not named, and the trade ships without a target — which has happened.

  1. Four connected Florida companies, and people on every one of them

    The register was searched under each manager's own name, with a control that reproduced a byte count this corpus already had on file. Four Florida companies came back, and every one of them names natural persons as its managers and its registered agent, in its own filings. Three sibling companies under two people are an owner-operator cluster, and a common manager across siblings is not a parent.

  2. The operating company is active today, read off its own record

    Florida document L18000142590 reads Status ACTIVE on its detail record, with annual reports on file for every year from 2019 to 2026 and the last filed on 20 April 2026. The street-address index prints Active and InActive in a column beside each row; none of those was read as a status. Every status here came off a detail record.

  3. The chain was re-read filing by filing on the day it was published

    The two entity records, the events register behind the older one, the statute that governs a reinstatement and the archive index were all re-read on 1 August 2026. The operating company's record came back byte-identical in size to the previous pass, and the Better Business Bureau, working from its own records, arrived at the same founding date to the day.

Research turns up things that do not survive a second look, and things that are true but not ours to publish. Both are listed here, because a page that prints only the flattering half of its own evidence is a sales page, and this is supposed to be a record.

How does Rescreen Rescue get to thirteen years of Florida registration?

Rescreen Rescue reaches thirteen years through two Florida limited liability companies read as one chain. The first was filed on 20 March 2013, the second on 8 June 2018, and the first was wound up by a filed voluntary dissolution ten weeks later. Both companies name the same two managers, and both records read No Name History.

That dissolution is the link, and it is a filed document rather than an inference. A shared officer name on its own is never a chain here, because plenty of people run more than one company. What makes this one hold is that a filed voluntary dissolution sits between the two entities, and the second company was formed while the first was still in good standing and still filing.

The annual filings run across the handover without a missing year: the first company filed for 2018 on 8 February 2018, the second filed for 2019 on 27 March 2019, and then every year through 20 April 2026. The Better Business Bureau, working from its own records and with no access to this derivation, dates the business to 20 March 2013 and records thirteen years in business. The two agree to the day, which is the strongest available check that the figure is not an artefact of how we read the register.

The honest weak point, stated here because a page that prints only the flattering half of its own evidence is a sales page. The 2013 company was administratively dissolved in September 2014 and reinstated in August 2017 — thirty-four months in which the earliest registration in this chain was not in good standing. Florida Statutes 605.0715(4) says a reinstatement relates back to the effective date of the dissolution and that the company may resume as if it had not occurred, which is why the clock still starts in 2013.

A reader who declines that relation-back gets eight years instead of thirteen. We do not adopt that reading, because taking it would substitute our judgement for a filed document and a statute. It is the only reading under which this number moves, and it is written down here so that nobody has to guess what we discarded.

Who owns the companies competing for Clearwater screen enclosure work?

Four Florida companies sit under the two people who manage Rescreen Rescue, and every one of them names natural persons as its managers and registered agent. No holding company, no corporate member, no franchisor and no institutional owner appears on any of those filings. Across the fifteen searches, no franchise or private-equity domain returned at all.

Two of the four were new to this trade's record, and they were found by searching the register under each manager's name rather than under the business's. The same route caught two name collisions and excluded both: a company two hundred kilometres away with an officer of the same name, and a national animal charity.
